Western Bonanza will be holding the 26th Annual Junior Livestock Show this Feb. 12-14, 2010

Last year’s Western Bonanza was a huge success President’s Day weekend with 426 exhibitors from all over California entering 1,704 head of livestock in the A and B shows combined. Overall award premium payouts totaled $40,000 for all species in 2009. Sponsorships accounted for $50,000 designated for class, Division Champion and Supreme Champion awards.

Exhibitors ages 9-21 will compete for prizes including belt buckles, jackets, garment bags, and duffel bags all specifically imprinted with our Western Bonanza logo.

The dates for this year’s Western Bonanza will be President’s Day Weekend, Feb. 12-14, 2010 keep those in your calendars.

  • Bred/Owned Show will follow the selection of Supreme Champion Female Show A
  • Sign up for the Beef Team Fitting Contest will begin at 6:30 pm on Friday and no entry fee is required

The 2009 Western Bonanza Junior Livestock Show was incredibly successful. The 25th Anniversary showcased the best livestock and youth exhibitors in California. Award premium payouts totaled about $40,000 for all species included in both A and B shows. Here is a break down of the 2009 numbers:
